Sammy Nickalls is a print communications major and a sophomore at Arcadia University, though she is best known as that really short girl (she has ambitions to reach five feet one day). She has been writing for newspapers for going on three years and is currently the community service editor for The Tower. She is an Arcadia Ambassador, a supervisor in Arcadia’s video communications department, and was the vice president of the class of 2014 last year. Sammy hopes to get an internship at a Philadelphia newspaper or magazine. She has traveled to New Zealand and plans on spending a semester in Australia next year to further her communications pursuits. She plans to master Mandarin and spend time in China as well. Beyond all that, she is terrified of zombies (they could be real!) and is addicted to Harry Potter, tea, The Shins, jewelry, running, and True Blood.
